TENANT GUARANTEE

When a full rental fee is paid, Bass River Properties guarantees that if the tenant we place leaves without just cause before the year is over, we will find a new tenant at no additional cost to the property owner.

We are so confident of our application and search process that in the highly unlikely event of an eviction we will even pay the court costs (not legal fees).

Our mission is to place tenants that will pay the rent on a timely basis, respect the neighbors, and treat the property with care.

We apply the same consistent comprehensive screening process to all applicants: reviewing employment histories, landlord references, examining credit reports and scores. Lastly, we verify income to ensure they can afford the rent.
